How does the Booking Process works?

1: Paid Booking

  • Users can select the booking and pay the amount according to his preference payment method available in the WooCommerce. The admin will enable the payment method.
  • Both Vendor and User will receive the payment confirmation email.
  • Admin will verify the payment and then complete the order tab in the WooCommerce Order tab. 
  • After the order completion, the booking has been approved.
  • The Vendor and user will receive the booking confirmation email with a specific Booking ID 
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the slot/timing or number of tickets will be reserved and unavailable for others to book.

2: Free Booking

If you dont want paid booking on your site, dont add price field in the Post Type Form builder

All the emails will be generated if the email templates are created by the admin.
