Pricing Plan

I’ve set the pricing plan the way it ought to be set and activated paid submission. The pricing plans I created are package plans, but it’s behaving like pay per post plans. After I had picked a plan, submitted a post listing and subscribed to a package, when I want to submit another listing I’m being redirected to pricing page again.

And again I can’t access the dashboard page, it also keep redirecting to pricing page. But when I deactivate the paid submission, I can access the dashboard.

Please, I need clarifications on this.

    Hi Raphael,

    Thanks for getting back to us.
    After further investigation, we were able to identify the root cause of the issue.

    On the user dashboard, you have added a tab for “Add Listing.” When the Paid Submission option is enabled, the system checks if the user has an active pricing plan before allowing access to the dashboard. If the system detects a pricing plan URL (as in this case from the “Add Listing” tab), it automatically redirects the user to the Pricing Plan page.

    This is expected behavior because the logic is:

    If Paid Submission is enabled → System validates if a plan exists → If plan exists, redirect to Pricing Plan page. (On user dashboard it does exist actually as the add listing link is there)

    Since the “Add Listing” tab is directly linked on the dashboard, the system triggers this check and performs the redirect.

    To resolve this, please remove the Add Listing tab from the user dashboard. This will prevent the unnecessary redirect to the pricing plan page.

    If you want to keep add listing at any cost and want system to redirect to the user dashboard besides of plan page just let us know, We can generate request to the developers and ask them to customize the system for you
