I’m experiencing an issue where activating the CubeWP Framework plugin in a WordPress Multisite setup causes the ‘Pages’ menu to disappear from the admin dashboard. This prevents us from accessing or editing pages across our network sites.
Environment Details:
- WordPress Version: 6.2
- CubeWP Framework Version: 1.1.21
- ListingPro Theme Version: 2.9.5
- PHP Version: 7.4.33
- MySQL Version: 8.0.36-28
- Server Environment: Apache on Linux (SiteGround hosting)
- Multisite Type: [Subdirectory or Subdomain]
Steps to Reproduce:
- Performed a fresh WordPress installation and enabled Multisite.
- Installed and network-activated ListingPro theme and required plugins, including CubeWP Framework.
- Upon activating CubeWP Framework, the ‘Pages’ menu disappears from the dashboard sidebar.
- Deactivating CubeWP Framework brings back the ‘Pages’ menu.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Deactivated all plugins except CubeWP Framework; issue persists.
- Switched to a default theme; issue remains.
- Confirmed user has Super Admin privileges.
- Enabled
WP_DEBUG
; no relevant errors found.
Our Requirement:
- We need a Multisite network where each site represents a different territory managed by different users.
- Using separate WordPress installations is not feasible for our project.
Questions:
- Is CubeWP Framework compatible with WordPress Multisite?
- Are there known issues or fixes regarding this problem?
- Is there a workaround to use CubeWP Framework without losing access to the ‘Pages’ menu?
