How to Bulk Import POSTS with ALL Import Using CSV?

Important alert:

Bulk import of Repeating Fields, Post, Taxonomy and Users (CUSTOM FIELDS) currently NOT SUPPORTED.

STEP 1:

INSTALL WP ALL IMPORT

• Login to WordPress admin dashboard
• Go to Plugins > Add New
• Search for WP All Import, and click Install Now
• Click Activate

STEP 2:

INSTALL CUBEWP BULK IMPORT:

• Go to All Import > New Import
• Select Upload a file or Download from URL
• Find CSV file and Upload

STEP 3:

Creating a “Listings” Post Type:

• Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
• Access CubeWP’s post type options.
• Click “New Post” and name it “Listings.”

Assigning a Taxonomy:

• Navigate to the “Taxonomies” section in CubeWP.
• Associate your “Listings” post type with a relevant taxonomy.

Adding Custom Fields:

• Go to the custom fields section in CubeWP or the post editor for “Listings.”
• Ensure you are editing the “Listings” post.
• Add and configure custom fields as needed.
• Save your post with the custom fields.

STEP 4:

• Navigate to the “All Import” section within your dashboard.
• Initiate the setup of a new data import task.

• Opt for the “Listing” post type when configuring your import.

• Progress to Step 2 in the import process.
• Carefully review the contents of the import file.

• Move on to Step 3, where you’ll map your data.
• Utilize drag-and-drop functionality to match data fields with corresponding post attributes.

• Advance to Step 4.
• Confirm your import settings and mappings for accuracy.

• Commence the data import process by clicking “Confirm and Run Import.”

• Allow a brief moment for the import process to complete.
