For the CubeWP Framework or any free plugins, you may also choose to get support via the WordPress.org support forum, but there might be a delay as this is our primary support channel.
The Facebook User’s Group is only for community discussion, and should NOT be considered an official support channel

We don’t support basic WordPress issues; we only support our plugins. We offer installation, configuration, update and use support for plugins.
Furthermore, we DO NOT support:
- Bugs originating from other plugins.
- Compatibility with other plugins, unless the plugin is mentioned in our documentation as supported.
- Customization tailored to meet your unique demands.
- For all custom development requests, please contact us.
